Shrimp Bakwan

The most comfortable if the rain eating fried foods. But if the rain, lazy it out house to buy fried. Why not create your own? I have a recipe for shrimp bakwan can be used as snacks and side dishes to eat.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 gr flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 100 cc of warm water
- 100 cc coconut milk cooked
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 leeks (finely sliced)
- 100 grams of bean sprouts
- 150 gr shrimp (peeled)
- Oil fried taste 

How to make:
1. Beaten egg for a while, add salt, flour and baking powder. Stir until well blended.
2. Pour the warm water and mature coconut milk, stir again until well blended.
3. Enter pepper, crushed garlic and scallions. Stir well.
4. enter the bean sprouts and shrimp and stir well. Set aside.
5. prepare the pan with enough cooking oil. Heat over medium heat. Soak a tablespoon of vegetable oil is hot.
6. after a hot ladle, remove and pour the batter bakwan. Longer soak into the hot oil, shake it to the batter separated from the ladle. Continue to fry until golden brown. Remove and drain.
