Bika Ambon, Traditional Cake Of Indonesia

Who would not know the delights of a traditional cake from Ambon, Indonesia? Yup, Bika Ambon the name. Cake that looks much fiber is indeed very popular and even the very famous. Well, for those who want to make your own tried Bika Ambon, I have the recipe.
Ingredients:
a. 10 gr instant yeast
b. 15 grams sugar
c. 10 gr flour
d. 60 cc of water
e. 150 gr tapioca sago flour
f. 250 grams sugar
g. 5 egg yolks
h. 2 grains eggs
i. vanilla to taste
j. 300 cc coconut milk was boiled with salt
k. lime leaves
l. pandan leaves
m. Cooking oil for greasing molds 
How to make:
- Mix the ingredients a, b, c, and d. after that, allow the dough starter for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the sago, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and dough starter. Pour the coconut milk little by little. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Strain and let stand for 3 hours.
- Pour in a mold that has been smeared and heated oil. Grilled until cooked.

  2. Maaf ya mbak, kayaknya kalo yg dari saya baca2 (googling), kue ini asalnya dari medan deh. Menurut salah satu budayawan, pembuat pertama kue ini menjualnya di Jalan Ambon di Medan, makanya jadi bernama bika ambon. (Wikipedia
