Various Kinds Sweets For Iftar

1. Candied Acid Java
Material:

Material:

How to make:

- Combine remaining water, sugar, salt and ground pepper then bring to a boil. Remove and let cool.

3. Candied fro
Material:
- 1 kg fro
- 400 gr sugar
- 1 ltr water
- 4 lbr pandanus leaves
- Red and green food coloring
How to make:

- Marinate for 1 hour (preferably soaked with rice water), then rinse again thoroughly.

4. Candied Mango
Material:
- 1 kg young mango
- 2.5 ltr water

- 3 tablespoons salt

- 500 gr sugar
How to make:
