material:
1 whole chicken
2 segment ginger, crushed
12 seeds red onion, thinly sliced
5 eggs
100 g bean sprouts, flush with boiling water briefly

2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 quarts water
Spices:
8 seed garlic
1 tsp coriander, toasted
8 hazelnuts, toasted
1 teaspoon cumin, toasted
1 vertebra saffron, roasted / grilled
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Soy sauce:
3 seeds roasted garlic, mashed
8 seed green chili sauce
100 ml soy sauce
How to make soup:
1. boiled chicken, ginger and lemongrass enter, and cook until chicken is tender, remove from heat. drain chicken.

How to make soy sauce:
