Grilled Chicken salad seasoning recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut 4
- A segment of ginger, crushed
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, take the stems, crushed
- 500ml thin coconut milk from a coconut
- 300ml thick coconut milk from a coconut
- 10 red chilies, seeded, mashed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar who have been combed
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Seasoning mashed:
- 8 spring onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 grains pecans, toasted
- Fine salt to taste
How to make:
1. grilled chicken in the embers until coarse or oven. lift.
2. heat oil, sauté ground spices, lime leaves, ginger, and lemongrass until fragrant. enter the red chillies and stir.
3. pour the diluted coconut milk, stir well. enter the water after boiling, stir and cook until chicken is cooked and tender.
4. add thick coconut milk, put salt and brown sugar and cook until flavors mingle.
5. prepare a charcoal embers, roasted chicken while inverted and given herbs to flavor a little dry.
